has been
professionally active in the commercial
architectural woodwork industry for over
25yrs. He is an experienced cabinet maker,
draftsman, shop foreman, project manager,
general manager and executive manager. Berry
is an expert in visual design, cost based
estimating and manufacturing efficiency. He
is a trainer and presenter for the
Architectural Woodwork Institute (Estimating
Seminar and Quality Standards Seminar),
member of Architectural Woodwork Institute
Cost Book Review Committee and member of
ISFA Architectural Advisory Board.

Jon Blasius
is the co-owner of Blasius Inc, a Michigan
and Indiana based wholesale fabricator of
solid surface, quartz and granite, selling
to K & B dealers and Home Centers. The
company started out as solid surface in 1996
with seven employees, added quartz and
granite in 2005, and now employs 60 people.

Bob Chatterton
has over 20 years experience in coating and
sealing concrete. As an industry expert in
sealers and specialty coatings, long time
member of SSPC, Bob has a vast knowledge of
products and application techniques that
will help you in achieving your protection
goals. Bob has provided consulting services
to sealer and coating manufacturers as well
as provide product selection,
troubleshooting and technical service to

Richard
Christ is the owner of Richard Christ
Consulting Corporation located in Cypress,
Texas. He graduated from Lamar University in
1989 with a degree in accounting. His
experience includes running a three
location, 250+ employees fabrication
business selling laminate, solid surface,
stone and quartz to retail, commercial and
production builders and kitchen dealers.
Richard is currently the president of
Operation American Heroes, is past president
of ISFA, has served on the Board of
Directors of Lamar University Alumni
Association and has been involved for years
in fundraising efforts for the university
and non-profits.

Richard Conde
has been involved in laminate and solid
surface industries for over 24 years. He is
employed by Wilsonart International, a world
leader in laminate manufacturing and
distribution of interior surfacing products.
He has been involved in manufacturing,
quality control, technical support,
fabrication and sales through-out his career
at Wilsonart. He currently contributes and
promotes Wilsonart Sinks and most recently
involved in the introduction of Wilsonart HD
Sinks, an acrylic sink line designed and
developed for under mounting into laminate
countertops.

Tom Fischer
is president and owner of Fishstone Studio
and ConcreteCountertopSupply.com. Before
getting into Concrete, Fischer spent 10
years in product merchandising and as a
buyer in the construction, tooling &
equipment industry. Along with his wife
Carrie, Fischer started making concrete
countertops and other concrete surfaces in
2004 and decided to move fulltime into
manufacturing concrete countertops. Through
an exhaustive search setting up his shop,
Tom began testing products and tools to
ensure the highest quality for making custom
concrete countertops. Fishstone now works

Eric Corey Freed
is Executive Director of Urban Re:Vision
and Principal of organicARCHITECT, an
architecture and consulting firm in San
Francisco, with nearly 20 years of
experience in green building. Freed teaches
the Sustainable Design program he developed

Jon Olson
has been involved with the solid surface
industry since 1982. He is the
Operations/Production Manager for Sterling
Surfaces. Sterling Surfaces is known world
wide for its innovative surface solutions
thru the use of CNC Technology and advanced
3D thermoforming. Jon also is a regular
columnist for Surface Fabrication Magazine
since 2003 covering topics dealing with shop
management. Jon heads Sterling Surfaces’ Web
site and online marketing efforts with an
emphasis on educating consumers, architects
and designers about solid surface and its
unlimited design potential. Jon was named
ISFA's 2007 Fabricator of the Year for
exemplary service to the ISFA and/or the
solid surface industry with excellence.

talented graphic designer, having graduated
from Utah Valley University with a B.S. in
Digital Media. Previous to working for ISFA,
Jeff was the Senior Designer for a design

started his concrete
fabricating business in 2005 while still
working at his 9-5 job in Information
Technology. Now dedicating all of his time
to his decorative concrete business, Nick
envisions endless possibilities in designing

Gregory Rose
has been involved in the structural
adhesives industry for over 30 years. He has
been employed by ITW Plexus and involved in
the technical and sales aspects of
methacrylate adhesives for the past 20
years. He holds a B.A. in Chemistry from
Oakland University and is a certified CTT-I
with the ACMA.

Todd Werstler
is president and owner of Tower Industries
in Massillon, OH, which he co-founded with
his father, Bob, in 1995. Tower started as a
cast polymer manufacturer specializing in
solid surface kitchen and bath countertops
and showers and now includes granite and
quartz fabrication. A 1987 graduate of Wake
Forest University with a BA in Economics,
Werstler served on the board of Directors of
the International Cast Polymer Association (ICPA)
and was president of the ICPA in 2002. He
has served on the board of directors for the
International Solid Surface Fabricators
Association and was president of ISSFA in
2008. Werstler also served on the young
alumni board of directors at Wake Forest
University, and as president of the local
Big Brothers/Big Sisters chapter after
having been a big brother for eight years.
